FlightSimExpo 2025 is preparing to welcome more than 3,000 flight simulation enthusiasts, pilots, and aviation fans to the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence from June 27 to 29. With over 70 confirmed exhibitors and a packed schedule of hands-on workshops, seminars, and demonstrations, the event is shaping up to be one of the largest gatherings of the flight sim community to date.
Hosted by the Flight Simulation Association, this year’s FlightSimExpo 2025 is open to the public with no prior experience required. Attendees can explore the latest in simulation technology, including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, X-Plane, and DCS. Virtual and augmented reality tools, motion platforms, and cockpit components will all be featured on the exhibit floor, giving fans a chance to get hands-on with the newest innovations.
Immersive Learning and Cutting-Edge Hardware at the Forefront
In addition to the interactive displays, FlightSimExpo 2025 will feature a series of workshops powered by MSI Computers. The sessions include the X-Plane Design and Home Cockpit Building Workshops, where participants can use top-tier MSI devices. One attendee will even walk away with a new monitor courtesy of MSI.
Evan Reiter, co-founder of FlightSimExpo, emphasized the event’s accessibility and value for both seasoned simmers and curious newcomers. A Show Floor Tour and beginner-focused seminars are designed to introduce fresh faces to the virtual flight world.
Virtual Access and Family-Friendly Programming
Those unable to attend in person can register for Online-Only access, which includes live seminar streams and an exhibit hall walk-through. FlightSimExpo 2025 also caters to families with free admission for children under 12, making it a prime opportunity to introduce younger audiences to aviation through immersive, educational fun.
