Sagtec expands to Indonesia with master dealership agreement for Speed+ cloud-based system
Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ: SAGT), a leading provider of customizable software solutions, has officially entered the Indonesian market through a Master Dealership Agreement with PT Kiwari Asih Solusi (Kiwari). This partnership appoints Kiwari as the exclusive master dealer for Sagtec’s Speed+ Cloud-Based Smart Ordering System in Indonesia, marking a major step in the company’s expansion into Southeast Asia.
Strategic partnership to drive digital transformation
As part of the agreement, Kiwari has committed to purchasing at least 10,000 Speed+ licenses annually, generating an estimated US$30 million in revenue over five years. This deal is set to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia, empowering businesses to modernize their ordering and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
With Indonesia’s digital transformation market projected to reach US$60 billion by 2030, according to Mordor Intelligence, the demand for cloud-based business solutions is rapidly increasing. The food and beverage (F&B) sector alone is expected to exceed US$250 billion within the same period, presenting a significant opportunity for Speed+ adoption.
