The magic of Christmas comes alive once again in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the unveiling of its highly anticipated Christmas tree in Cathedral Square on November 29th. Reflecting this year’s theme of a Christmas ornament, the display serves as a universal symbol of unity, tradition, and joy, creating a captivating holiday experience for both locals and visitors.
At the heart of this festive masterpiece is a 20-meter (66 ft) ornament-inspired aluminum structure encasing a 15-meter (49 ft) natural tree sourced locally from the Vilnius District. Wrapped in over 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) of warm white LED garlands, adorned with 300 recyclable gold ornaments, and topped with a dazzling 3D crown, the installation offers breathtaking visuals from every angle.
