Coal Affected Communities from Limay, Bataan seeks Dialogue with DENR-Mass Action Set
Representatives from the communities in Limay, Bataan affected by the coal fired power plant owned by San Miguel Global Power Corporation will be holding a mass action in front of the Department of Natural Resources (DENR) national office to register their concerns about the impacts of coal in their area and seek a dialogue with the government agency.
The action will be represented by Coal Free Bataan Movement and supported by the Philippine Movement for Climate Justice (PMCJ), Sanlakas, Health Care without Harm (HCWH), and other national support groups.
