Following the separation of formerly married couple Tarek and Christina El Mousa, their show on HGTV, “Flip or Flop,” will not be going anywhere just yet. The network released a statement to confirm that there is no cancellation despite reports.

“We admire and appreciate Tarek and Christina’s great work on Flip or Flop,” the statement said. The show is currently airing its seventh season on the home renovation network and it’s one of its top-raters, the official site reports.

The fate of the show was in jeopardy when it was announced that the couple have split since May. They were the subject of a police visit because of a domestic altercation. They have also admitted to dating other people during their separation. The couple has two young kids. They were married in 2009.

E! Online reports that the show would end in 2017 as a result. Though work has continued even with the separation, a source apparently told the news outlet that after the filming of episodes in the new year, the show’s production will wrap up for good. This prompted HGTV to deny the claims.
