The strongest female character on “Game of Thrones” is returning for Season 7. Lynna Mormont, played by pre-teen actress Bella Ramsey, is going to be a formidable force when Jon Snow and Sansa Stark embarks on a war for their claim of the Iron Throne.

Photos from the set of “Game of Thrones” in Ireland reveal that Bella Ramsey is very much at work in the series. She was caught coming out of a trailer, perhaps on the way to shoot her scene.

Sources say that along with Bella Ramsey, actors Kit Harington, Gwendoline Christie, Liam Cunningham were also spotted on the set. Lyanna Mormont was introduced on “Game of Thrones” in Season 6 when Jon Snow was looking to ally with her in the battle against Ramsay Bolton. Viewers were delighted to see such a young actress play the character so fiercely that Lynna Mormont became an instant fan favorite on “Game of Thrones.”

Next season will see Jon Snow coming head to head with Daenerys Targaryen ‘s army, who has started sailing off to Westeros. Then, there’s also a looming battle with Cersei Lannister who is still holding fort at King’s Landing, and could likely ally with Euron Greyjoy.

“Game of Thrones” Season 7 is expected to return on HBO in 2017. The show’s premiere date has been moved to a later date, from its usual April release.
