(From left to right) Rachelle Alcantara, Channel Account Manager of Fortinet; Jennifer Margaret Carreon, Product Sales Manager for Fortinet, MEC Networks Corporation; Sheryl Go, VP for Sales of MEC Networks Corporation; Jeff Castillo, Country Manager of Fortinet Philippines; Daniel Hwang, Regional Systems Engineer of Fortinet Wi-Fi Business for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong; and Sherryl De Guzman, Sales Manager of MEC Networks Corporation, recently unveiled the Fortinet Infrastructure Wi-Fi, a high-speed connectivity with world-class threat protection platform designed for medium to large public venues, at the Makati Shangri-La Manila.
According to Hwang, large-scale environments are in a constant struggle to deliver fast and secure Wi-Fi coverage to users. With Fortinet’s new Infrastructure solution, organizations that need a dedicated wireless network will be able to enjoy flexible channel deployment options while securing traffic through wireless traffic segmentation.
He said, “Traditional Wi-Fi platforms oftentimes do not meet the demands of users for secured business communications, personal information, and financial transactions. To address this, Fortinet offers a secure access portfolio that provides mobility, flexibility and choice with end-to-end enforcement.”
MEC is a distributor of Fortinet in the Philippines.
