220px-Fantastic_beastsWhile “Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them” takes place in a completely different time as the “Harry Potter” series, it has been confirmed that characters from the first movie will be appearing in the new magical film, an actor has confirmed.

Speaking with MTV, Dan Fogler said that fans of J.K. Rowling’s work will be happy to know and recognize some of the “Harry Potter” characters on “Fantastic Beasts.”

“You do meet, as the stories go along, you… I can’t give it away! But you will see, you will hear mention of your favorite characters. You may even meet their younger counterparts along the way,” Folger said in the interview, which you can watch below:

It’s long been hinted that Dumbledore was in “Fantastic Beasts,” following an earlier teaser that referred to the wizard’s relationship with the lead character, Newt (played by Eddie Redmayne). It is suggested that Dumbledore is his teacher at Hogwarts, several years before he became the school’s headmaster.

“Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them” will run in theaters in Nov. 18.
