‘Downton Abbey’ Star Michelle Dockery To Lead TNT Drama Series ‘Good Behavior’

450px-Michelle_Dockery_2013Three-time Emmy nominated actress Michelle Dockery from “Downton Abbey” has just booked her next TV project and it’s another drama series for American cable network TNT.

“Good Behavior” will have the actress playing a con artist and it’s based on the Letty Dobesh book series written by Blake Crouch.

Michelle will star as Letty Dobesh, a con artist who makes one wrong decision, which is how she likes things. After getting out of prison, Dobesh decides to get back into her game. But when she comes across a hitman who was hired to kill another man’s a wife, Dobesh thought to spoil the hitman’s plans. They meet and square off and start a “dangerous but seductive relationship,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Michelle’s widely followed series, “Downton Abbey,” is set to end after this upcoming season. Thus, this new series will be her follow up TV role. The actress is also set to star on stage immediately after the end of the period drama on BBC.

“Good Behavior” will be developed by Chad Hodge, who is currently doing “Wayward Pines” Fox. ” The series is the third book to TV series adaptation by Hodge, who will also be doing “Abandon” under USA Network.

“Good Behavior” is the fourth new TV show coming to TNT. The network is also set to debut “Lumen,” from Steven Speilberg’s production house, “Titans,” a drama about teenage superheroes and a still untitled TV drama from Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer.
