#Castle BTS 9: Ladies & Gentlemen, I present to you– your Writers. Although experts at lollygagging, procrastinating & pontificating; they do manage to squeeze out a season or so of television every year. I have enjoyed working & laughing with all of you over the years. Thank you for your grace & humor. You created & developed a wonderful character, and I’ve had the privilege of being a conduit for your creativity.

Even her co-star, Seamus Patric Dever, has alluded to something similar when he posted this photo on his Instagram account:
A constant People’s Choice Awards favorite, “Castle” premiered in 2009. Fans love the show for its interesting murder cases, humor and chemistry between the stars, especially the leads played by Katic (as Cate Beckett) and Nathan Fillion (as Richard Castle).
Back in January, ABC president Paul Lee said during a press tour with Television Critics Association that the network still wishes many years of airing for the series. However, as contract negotiations have yet to be set, the show and Katic’s status are currently in limbo.
