Released May 1 through Primary Wave, the album serves as both a celebration of the band’s iconic three-decade run and a powerful statement that Godsmack remains one of hard rock’s most dominant live acts.

Godsmack celebrates legacy while charging into a new era

Live at Mohegan Sun delivers a full-throttle showcase of Godsmack’s catalog, featuring explosive performances of “Voodoo,” “Awake,” “Cryin’ Like a Bitch!!,” “Bulletproof,” and the legendary “I Stand Alone.” Frontman Sully Erna described the release as a meaningful bridge between the band’s celebrated history and its evolving future.

The album also marks a symbolic closing chapter for Godsmack’s classic lineup while signaling fresh momentum. With over 20 million albums sold and 13 No. 1 hits, the band continues to prove its staying power in an ever-changing rock landscape.

Rise of Rock World Tour and Awake anniversary fuel massive 2026 campaign

Launching May 10 in Virginia, the Rise of Rock World Tour will see Godsmack headline major amphitheaters with support from Stone Temple Pilots and Dorothy on select dates. The expansive tour is expected to unite generations of rock fans while reinforcing Godsmack’s position at the forefront of live hard rock.

Adding to the milestone year, Godsmack is also celebrating the global release of Awake (25th Anniversary Edition), revisiting one of the band’s most pivotal albums. Together, the live album, anniversary release, and world tour position 2026 as one of the most significant years in Godsmack’s storied career.
