With more than three decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Jeffrey has built a reputation as a leading advocate for international healthcare recruitment. She began her career as a staff nurse, gaining clinical expertise that later shaped her executive vision in strengthening global workforce pipelines.
In her role at MedPro, Jeffrey has spearheaded initiatives that expand access to qualified healthcare professionals worldwide. Her efforts have enhanced workforce readiness, strengthened global partnerships, and supported healthcare facilities in delivering high-quality patient care.
She also serves as president and founding member of the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment (AAIHR) and sits on the Advisory Board for the Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment. MedPro International was recently recertified as an Alliance Certified Ethical Recruiter, reinforcing the company’s commitment to fair and transparent practices.
