Development studio Render Cube and publisher Toplitz Productions have unveiled a significant update for their open-world life sim Medieval Dynasty, introducing new tools for village customization and two immersive DLCs. The newly launched Plant A Tree update finally gives players the power to relocate buildings and plant trees, offering complete control over settlement design and layout.

Players can now freely plant trees and move buildings in Medieval Dynasty’s latest update.

New Tools Unlock Village Creativity

The highlight of this update is the introduction of Move Mode, allowing players to reshape their medieval village by rearranging existing structures and adding natural elements. The ability to plant trees provides even more depth and realism, making it possible to build lush forests or rustic groves within your settlement. This customization freedom lays the groundwork for the new Echoes of Nature DLC, a premium content pack focused on expanding the aesthetic and seasonal feel of player-built environments.

Echoes of Nature brings a wide variety of decorative assets, including hedges, flowering plants, rock elements, and seasonal trees that change appearance throughout the year. Players can design hedge mazes, frame ponds with stones, or create woodland paths that shift with the seasons. Spring blossoms give way to autumn foliage and frosty winter scenes, deepening the immersion and beauty of every village.

A Soundtrack to Match the Experience

Complementing the visual and creative upgrades is the release of Medieval Dynasty Original Soundtrack Volume 2, a 39-track collection split across three thematic albums. These include joyful tavern tracks performed by The Three Bards, ambient mood pieces from character creation and in-game menus, and stirring background music for exploration. The soundtrack spans over 2.5 hours, giving fans a way to carry the medieval atmosphere with them beyond the game screen.

All new content is now available, with the Plant A Tree update released for free, while Echoes of Nature and the Original Soundtrack Vol. 2 are available as paid DLCs. The enhancements mark another step in Medieval Dynasty’s evolution as a genre-defining life sim that continues to empower player creativity.
