The upcoming fourth “The Matrix” on the big screen, with Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, is apparently going to set up a TV show. However, it will star a female character who has yet to be named.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who played Black Manta on “Aquaman,” is joining “The Matrix 4″ reboot starring Keanu Reeves and Carrie Ann Moss. Reports reveal that he’s circling a role that will no just be a supporting bit. Speculations are that his character will serve as a replacement to Laurence Fishburn’s Morpheus.
Len Wiseman, who directed the “Underworld” franchise, will be taking the helm for “Ballerina,” the “John Wick” spinoff. The movie will feature a female assassin who was seen in the “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.”
“The Matrix” stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss are reportedly working on a follow-up to their 1999 hit movie. Co-creator of the franchise, Lana Wachowski, is also on board to write and direct the film under Warner Bros.
