In line with Kaspersky Lab’s strategy to aggressively strengthen its growth in the enterprise market, the global cybersecurity company recently announced its partnership with MSI-ECS Philippines.
As part of its mission to tackle online fraud, Kaspersky Lab has become the latest company to join forces with the Merchant Risk Council as Premier Solution Provider. The move further demonstrates Kaspersky Lab’s commitment to helping online retailers and eCommerce businesses protect themselves and their customers from fraudsters.
Over two-thirds of companies prefer to bank with a provider who has a solid security reputation, according to a Kaspersky Lab survey. Those banks that make security a priority and take every effort to ensure measures are in place to safeguard against online financial fraud will have an advantage, when it comes to retaining existing customers and reaching new ones.
Over half (57%) of companies admit that the information security incidents they experienced in the last year had a negative impact on their reputation. The average cost incurred per incident by small and medium-sized businesses was more than $8,000, while the damage to enterprises exceeded $200,000.
According to a joint survey conducted by Kaspersky Lab and B2B International, over 30% of companies use mobile devices to access corporate bank accounts and to make financial transactions.
