The RP Blu Boys has succeeded in making a podium finishat the Makassar Open International Men and Women Softball Tournament in Makassar, Indonesia. The Philippine national men’s softball teamtook third place with a 7-3 slate behind New Zealand (9-1) and Lakidende (7-3) who will both slug it out in the finals.

ATP: Gonzales and partner fall short of doubles crown

Fil-Am Ruben Gonzales and partner Nathaniel Lammons of the US failed to sustain their hot charge and dropped a 6-7(6), 3-6 setback to the Polish tandem of Mateusz Kowalczyk and Szymon Walkow in the finals of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Challenger in Sopot, Poland last weekend.
