TnT KaTropa will have to turn to their local crew if they are to live for another day. Needing to win game 4 to force a winner-take-all, TnT lost reinforcement Glen Rice Jr. right in the very first quarter after being thrown out for two technical fouls.

With only 1:41 left in the opening period, Rice Jr. got the two technicals after shoving Ginebra rookie Kevin Ferrer on the neck and then throwing the ball at him while on the floor, Spin.ph reported.

TnT was leading 35-23 when the incident happened. Now, coach Nash Racela will need to push Jayson Castro, Troy Del Rosario and the rest of the locals to step up for the rest of game 4. KaTropa was still leading at the half, 66-52.

Assuming TnT is able to win and equalize the series, the fate of Rice Jr. remains to be seen though he is certain to be meted a fine for the incident.
