Two months after Netflix announced it will be rebooting the ’90s series “Full House” with “Fuller House,” Lifetime has revealed the cast of characters in the unauthorized TV movie the cable network is making about the show.
Former Olympian Bruce Jenner, who has since transitioned to Caitlyn Jenner in an explosive way via Vanity Fair, may soon find herself in the cast of the critically-acclaimed Amazon drama series “Transparent.” The show, which stars Jeffrey Tambor as a father who had to come out to his three adult children as a woman, mimics a lot of Jenner’s journey in real life that “Transparent” creator Jill Soloway said she would love it if Jenner would be part of the series’ second season.
Caitlyn Jenner admitted she was “worried” about posing on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine as she didn’t want to look like “a guy in drag”.
South Korea is adapting USA Network’s “Suits,” the lawyer series starring Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams. As announced by NBCUniversal International Formats, the rights to the show was bought by Korea’s EnterMedia Pictures Co. Ltd., making this the first international adaptation of the American series.
The finale episode of “Community” Season 6 airs on Yahoo! Screen this week, and while it looks like it the show is done, as many of the original cast members have moved on with other projects, sources at the streaming site says there might be hope for more from this series
