The Oklahoma City Thunder had all the chances to dethrone the defending champion Golden State Warriors in game 6 of the Western Conference Finals but floundered at the Chesapeake Energy Arena, 108-101.

After holding a seemingly insurmountable 3-1 lead, the series is now all tied up and the Warriors are headed back to the Oracle Arena for the deciding game 7 of the series. Right now, things aren’t looking good for Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and company though there is still a flicker of hope.

In the eyes of many, this series is psychologically over though the boys of head coach Billy Donovan will still compete to the very end. The “Splash Brothers” Steph Curry and Klay Thompson are back into the groove of things and such spells more trouble for the Thunder.

Despite homecourt advantage and momentum on their side, the Warriors know that the task is not complete until the final buzzer.

Draymond Green has finally behaved, understood that basketball is not about theatrics. Strangely, he knows that game 7 will not be an easy one to overcome – quite contrasting to the usual confidence he calls out regardless of who they face.

“It’s Game 7. Game 7s are tough regardless. Both teams are going to leave everything out there on the floor. I don’t think a home crowd gives you the advantage. It’s Game 7. You got to go out there and give it all you got. This [Thunder] team is not going to quit. They’re a very good ball club. A ball club that fights. They’re never going to quit and that is going to make it tough. But if we stay the course, we be who we are, everything else will take care of itself,” said Green via Undefeated.

Will the Warriors win and advance to the finals against the idle Cleveland Cavaliers?
