Typhoon “Nona” (International name: Melor) has forced the suspension of classes in various parts of the for December 16, 2015.

  • Mandaluyong City – all levels
  • Manila – all levels
  • Marikina City – all levels
  • Muntinlupa City – all levels
  • Navotas City – all levels
  • Paranaque City – all levels
  • Pasay City – all levels
  • Pasig City – all levels
  • Pateros – all levels
  • Quezon City – all levels
  • San Juan City – all levels

  • Valenzuela City – all levels

Regional

  • Batangas province – all levels

Storm signal no. 3 was hoisted over Oriental Mindoro and including Lubang Island as of 5 p.m.

Storm signal no. 2 on the other hand was declared over Batangas, Cavite, Marinduque, Romblon and the Calamian group of Islands.
