The De La Salle University Green Archers may seem tender at the moment with the departure of Aldin Ayo who moved to the University of Sto. Tomas Growling Tigers. Ayo gained prominence winning the NCAA (with Letran) and UAAP men’s basketball titles though it was not solely him who orchestrated those feats.

NHL: Canadiens Danault taken to hospital

Montreal Canadiens forward Phillip Danault was taken to hospital on Saturday after being hit in the head by a slapshot from the Boston Bruins’ Zdeno Chara at the Bell Centre Arena.

Chris Gavina, a virtual unknown, when he first called the shots for Kia/ Mahindra, has stepped down as head coach for Kia Picanto. Tasked to take over will be veteran coach Ricky Dandan.
