Nintendo Switch Online Offers ‘Mario Tennis Aces’ Free For A Limited Time

The best way to see if an upcoming video game is any good is to give it a try. A lot of these are offered for free on various game consoles such as the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and even PC when subscribing to an online gaming portal. For Nintendo Switch, there is also an online subscription privilege as well and now they are actually offering a tempting free game trial in the “Mario Tennis Aces”.
 

The free trial period will begin at 1:00 p.m. ET on August 7 and Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can actually enjoy the game for free until 2:59 p.m. ET on August 13, Nintendo of America revealed.  And for folks who may find it appealing, you may want to actually purchase it already and get a 30-percent discount from the Eshop. The special offer on “Mario Tennis Aces” is valid only up to August 20.

 
For those who may be unfamiliar with “Mario Tennis Aces”, the game actually debuted back in 2018. It has since gotten regular updates and new content. The last free DLC character was Dry Bowser together with other alternate costumes for Wario and Waluigi, Game Spot reported. The game now features 30 playable characters, including a handful who have never appeared in a Mario Tennis title before, such as Boom Boom and Pauline.

Nintendo Switch Online subscriptions are priced at $4 per month although customers can avail of different packages for a lower fee. NSO charges $8 for three months and $20 for a yearly subscription. Aside from that, Nintendo also offers an annual Family Membership that costs $35 that covers up to eight Nintendo Accounts across multiple systems.
 
Aside from “Mario Tennis Aces”, Nintendo Switch Online is also offering other freebies. That includes the free Spirit Board Challenge Pack for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It includes an assortment of helpful items for the game’s Spirit Board mode.
