‘Star Wars’ Star Admits To Affair: Carrie Fisher Reveals Harrison Ford Was Her Lover At 19

Princess Leia and Hans Solo were lovers in real life. Actress Carrie Fisher, who starred in the first “Star Wars” movies at the age of 19, revealed the details of her affair with her co-star in her new book “The Princess Diarist.”

Carrie Fisher told People  that her affair with Harrison Ford was so intense. “It was Han and Leia during the week, and Carrie and Harrison during the weekend,” the actress said.

She also revealed that she had been taken by Harrison Ford’s charms even as he was not great in bed. But the relationship ended when they also finished filming “Star Wars.”

Harrison Ford was a married man then, but Carrie Fisher insists she had not been the reason for the breakup of his marriage to Mary Marquardt.

The tell-all book author admitted to a lot of transgressions involving drugs and sex in the past, but this is the first time she has openly confirmed about the affair. Rumors about Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford has been in the mill for years and it surfaced again when the two reunited for the “Star Wars” reboot.

“I was so inexperienced, but I trusted something about him,” Carrie Fisher said of her co-star who was nearly two decades older than her. “He was kind.”

Harrison Ford has since had two more marriages after Mary Marquardt. He married  Melissa Mathison from 1983 to 2004 and Calista Flockhart, his current wife, in 2010. Carrie Fisher was married to Paul Simon from 1983 to 1984 and has not married anyone else since.
