Anne Hathaway Is A Mom! ‘Princess Diaries’ Actress Names Son Jonathan Rosebanks

Oscar-winning actress Anne Hathaway has given birth last March 24. The 33-year-old new mother and her husband, Adam Schulman, has chosen to name their son Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman.

Reps of the actress confirmed the birth to the media. “The baby is extremely healthy and is surrounded by friends and family in L.A.,” said a source via E! Online. “Anne and Adam are ecstatic to be parents.”

The couple revealed that they were having a baby back in November and Anne has been documenting her pregnancy on her Instagram.   Anne and Adam have been married for nearly four years before deciding to get pregnant. “We both talked about it beforehand, and how it wasn’t going to change anything, but something shifts,” the actress said in relation to her marriage.“I didn’t realize that I was keeping a part of myself protected, and it’s kind of all on the line now. I’m his and he’s mine,” she added, per People.

Keeping the baby’s birth a secret for two weeks is typical of the actress, who is known to guard her privacy. Anne has yet to post a photo of her baby on her Instagram.

The new mom will be taking time off from work to raise the baby as she has long desired to do this. “I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely… I think about it all the time, though it’s a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I’ll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can’t wait to meet them,” she said per Sydney Morning Herald.
