Clark Water continues to partner with various locators inside the Clark Freeport Zone in support of its sustainable initiative to plant over 8,000 trees by 2020. Understanding that sustainability is a shared responsibility, Nanox Philippines Inc., L&T International Group Philippines, Inc., and SMK Electronics Philippines recently collaborated with the Clark Water to plant a total of 300 Narra, Mahogany, and Ylang-ylang saplings inside the company’s used water treatment plant.

Through the joint effort of Clark Water employees and partner companies, the reforestation program was able to generate a total of 500 trees for the year 2015 alone. The twenty seven-hectare facility currently holds over a 1,500 trees planted through the program.

Clark Water Corporation, a subsidiary of Manila Water Company, and the sole water and used water services provider to locators and residents of Clark Freeport and Clark Special Economic Zone, continues to encourage more companies and people to be part of its movement towards environment sustainability.
