Unauthorized ‘Full House’ TV Movie Releases First Cast Photos

Two months after Netflix announced it will be rebooting the ’90s series “Full House” with “Fuller House,” Lifetime has revealed the cast of characters in the unauthorized TV movie the cable network is making about the show.

“The Unauthorized Full House Story” will premiere on Lifetime on August 22 at 8 p.m. and will center on how the show has risen to become on of the most popular American TV series. The drama that goes around and behind the scenes in this family sitcom will have the following cast members portraying the famous actors from the series.

Bob Saget: Garrett Brawith
Dave Coulier: Justin Mader
John Stamos: Justin Gaston
Lori Loughlin: Stephanie Bennett
Candace Cameron: Shelby Armstrong and Brittney Wilson
Jodie Sweetin: Dakota Guppy and Jordyn Olson
Andrea Barber: Aislyn Watson and Jaime Schneider
Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen: Blaise and Kinslea Todd – toddlers; Calla and Tyla Jones – age six; and Kylie and Jordan Armstrong – age nine

Ron McGee, who also penned “The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story” is doing the script for “Full House.”

“From its start as an unassuming family comedy in 1987 to its eventual wildly popular 192-episode run, the film centers on the rise of the cast of one of America’s most beloved family sitcoms and the pressures they faced in balancing their television personas with their real lives,” says the press release from Lifetime.
