Former Olympian Bruce Jenner, who has since transitioned to Caitlyn Jenner in an explosive way via Vanity Fair, may soon find herself in the cast of the critically-acclaimed Amazon drama series “Transparent.” The show, which stars Jeffrey Tambor as a father who had to come out to his three adult children as a woman, mimics a lot of Jenner’s journey in real life that “Transparent” creator Jill Soloway said she would love it if Jenner would be part of the series’ second season.

“I don’t know if she’d want to act, but we definitely want to incorporate the fact that she came out into this season,” Soloway said in an interview with Variety. “Just to have that base conversation somewhere in a scene, for sure.”

Soloway got wind of the fact that Jenner and the Kardashian-Jenner kids had watched her television series to understand what the family is going through, according to the report. The creator has transgender transformations close to her heart as well as her one of her parents came out to her as a transgender.

Many of the cast of “Transparent” also have no objection to having Caitlyn guest in the show. In fact, they were all praises for her, as noted by US Magazine.

“My reaction to the photos today was that she looked gorgeous,” said Jay Duplass via US, who plays the role of son in “Transparent.” “Just in general, excitement that she was able to…be more authentic to who she is. That’s what our show is about and in some small way that’s what we’re accomplishing in the world and helping that come along,” he added.

“I so applaud the Caitlyn Jenner story,” said the show’s star Jeffrey Tambor, Gossip Cop reported. “Bruce Jenner has every right to come out any way… if it wants to be a documentary, if it wants to be a cover… I love the fact that we’re not all saying, ‘This is the way you come out,” the actor said.

“Transparent,” which won a Golden Globe for Best Comedy series and is a strong contender at this year’s Emmy Awards, is already in the middle of filming their second season. The show is available for streaming at Amazon Prime.
